Welcome to Feioi. These Terms & Conditions explain how to use our website and work with our interior design services. By visiting our site or partnering with Feioi, you are agreeing to these guidelines.

About Feioi

Feioi is an interior design studio based in Cambridge, UK, offering residential interior design services, design sessions, and related consultancy.

Use of This Website

  • The content on this website is for general information only.

  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or republish any website material without prior written permission.

  • We may update or remove website content without notice.

Enquiries

Initial enquiries are informal and non-binding. No client–designer relationship is formed until a written agreement or payment is received.

Quotes & Fees

  • Quotes are tailored to each project and shared following an initial discussion.

  • Fees for design sessions are charged at £175 per hour unless otherwise agreed.

  • Quotes may include optional services such as procurement or project support.

  • Travel charges may apply.

Payment Terms

  • Payments must be made by the deadlines stated on your invoice.

  • Work may pause if payments are not received on time.

  • Design packages may require deposits or staged payments.

Scope of Work

  • The agreed proposal outlines what is included in your project.

  • Additional work or revisions outside the agreed scope may incur additional fees.

Amendments

One round of amendments is included for all design packages unless otherwise specified.

Procurement & Third-Party Products

  • Feioi is not responsible for delays, defects, availability, or performance of third-party suppliers, tradespeople, products, or services.

  • You are responsible for checking measurements, suitability, access restrictions, and final orders before purchase.

Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about your property and requirements.

  • Ensure access for site visits when required.

  • Review documents and designs within reasonable timeframes.

  • Communicate any changes promptly.

Intellectual Property

  • All designs, drawings, concepts, and materials produced by Feioi remain the intellectual property of Feioi unless otherwise agreed.

  • You receive a licence to use design materials solely for your personal project.

  • Designs cannot be resold, published, or commercially exploited without written consent.

Accuracy & Limitations

While every effort is made to ensure accuracy in drawings, measurements, and recommendations:

  • Feioi does not provide architectural or structural engineering services.

  • You are responsible for ensuring that contractors verify measurements, load-bearing considerations, and technical feasibility before works begin.

Cancellation

  • You may cancel design sessions up to 48 hours in advance. Cancellations after this point may be chargeable.

  • For design packages, termination terms are set out in your proposal or design agreement.

Liability

Feioi is not liable for:

  • Loss or damage arising from the actions of third-party contractors or suppliers.

  • Delays caused by external factors.

  • Costs exceeding your budget unless previously agreed in writing.

  • Any indirect or consequential loss.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, negligence, or any rights you are entitled to under UK law.
